GROUP EVENTS AND TRAINING POLICY

All tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. We are unable to accept cancellations.

For training courses, you are expected to attend all sessions to pass the course and become certified.

LATE ARRIVALS

To enhance the experience and comfort of all participants, we uphold a strict punctuality policy for our sessions. This means arriving 10 minutes early and getting settled before sessions start. To respect the other attendees, we will not allow any late comers. We appreciate your understanding.
